Let the Glass Court fitness team help you achieve your personal fitness goals as they guide and encourage you to harness the power of water.

Relieve stress and tension as you build muscle, endurance and flexibility. Water's properties of resistance and drag are combined with noodles, bands, boards, belts and more in a variety of water fitness classes for participants of all levels and ages.

We recommend the use of aqua shoes for feet protection and added traction during classes. Swimming skills are not required to join a class. Please alert your instructor to any special needs or concerns you might have so they can help you meet your fitness goals in a safe, challenging and effective environment.
