Strength Training

Our lower level fitness area includes a separate free weight room, Cybex resistance equipment and our new line of Hammer Strength equipment. There are also some cardio fitness trainers available for those seeking cardiovascular exercise.

Monday and Thursday from 4:30-6:30 pm, a member of our fitness center staff is available to instruct you in proper equipment use and exercise techniques.

You can also attend a specially scheduled free weight orientation class. Ask at the front desk for scheduling.


Junior Fitness

  • Junior members ages 10-11 years can learn how to safely and effectively use the equipment in this area on Monday and Thursday from 4:30-6:30 pm while the fitness area is supervised.
  • This is the only time that they are permitted use of this area.
  • Children 12 years and older may use all equipment at any time after completing the mandatory free orientation classes.
