Weight Lifting Class

Strength Training

Our lower level fitness area includes a separate  weight room, resistance equipment. There are also some cardio fitness trainers available for those seeking cardiovascular exercise.

Monday trough Friday from 5:30-8:00 pm (weekend hours vary), a member of our fitness center staff is available to instruct you in proper equipment use and exercise techniques.

You can also attend a specially scheduled free weight orientation class. Ask at the front desk for scheduling.

Junior Fitness

  • Children under the age of 14 may not use any equipment unless under the direct supervision of Glass Court staff or personal training session.
